Cool Video and that does look like good fun. And with Oreti Beaches constant and continual winds it wouldn't hard to find a day to head out and do that sort of thing.

How often do you get out? I have the same set up as you and looking for great spots! (I'm in Otago) How much 'flying' time between tides?

Hi, not often lately weather been a bit crap. In summer its great. You get about 2-3 hours either side of the tide.
