Since when do voice actors sexuality = the character's sexuality. Ash in kanto was voiced by a girl, sometimes 2-3 characters with very different personalities and voices, are voiced by the same person. Learn more about voice actors, seriously. :l

considering the facts that cacturne is a grass/dark type and that shadow ball is a ghost type move and cacturne got knocked out with one shadow ball (even if munchlax gave it that extra power boost with its focus punch), cacturne is weak as hell because ghost type moves aren't supposed to do that much against dark types.
