No, I didn't notice that. If it shows like that in the video, it's the only time then. I took the case off right after this video was made, and every time I tried it on after, it fit just fine. It's a great case, I would get it if you're thinking about it.

Sorry it's taking so long, don't blame switcheasy, blame the post office. They use U.S. mail, so it should take as long as it takes a normal letter from California to New York for you to get it. Maybe call your post office and ask how long it takes for you to get a letter from California?

should i use the powersupport ant-glare from apple store or should i use the protective screens they give you along with the switch easy rebel serpent?!

I've never used PowerSupport, but I know what you're talking about. I LOVE the shields that Switcheasy give you, I'd just go with that. Besides, anti-glare makes your screen a LITTLE bit blurry. I would take a crystal shield over an anti-glare any day.

I just bought the serpent protector and I'm wondering if they give you 2 x ANTI-GLARE screen protectors or if they just give you reflective ones?

neither of the two, they gave me two crystal screen shields

No, it's a little stronger, I didn't get a droopy bottom. Some people have reported that it is though. I think it's the luck of the draw.  My Serpent was fine though.

the ipod touch 2g doesn't come with a case, and besides, this is a case for the iphone 3g.

Is there still sagging at the bottom for this RebelSerpent case?

This case seems to be a little tighter. I never had a problem with my Devil Rebel like a lot of others out there. I think the problem might be from taking the case on and off again, and the spine scraping against the plastic of the main housing, causing it to get thin, and then sagging. The only thing I noticed that was bad about the case was lifting with the screen shield. I've used DLO antiglare screen shields with the Rebel in the past, and they don't get any lift.

Yeah I noticed the screen shield lifting. I'm using a PS Anti-glare so hopefully it works out if I do get this case. Thanks a lot for the reply!

aww no case is perfect...i just got this case and damn its a very tight fit on my phone..but the case isnt perfect..i have the devil also which sags right out of the box plus doesnt fit very well on my phone...but i love the SERPENT..very nice looking....

switcheasy REALLY needs to address the screen shield liftup problem (as well as the obvious bottom sag). as you CLEARLY see (6:10) in the video, it even lifted up the shield that ships with the phone! im sorry, the case is so badass, then you put an amazing screen shield on, and sometimes it gets lifted up creating bubbles that are unacceptable.

im going to have to create some pads i can apply to the sides of the phone to make it wrap around the chrome a bit less.

Couple things I'd like to point out: 1st of all I wish you were right about your initial impression of the inner casing. I had my hopes up that switcheasy had made changes to the polymer to withstand stretching and avoid the "SAGGY BOTTOM SYNDROME." All of the black rebels are known for this problem, more so than the other colors.

2nd, the really nice thing about the spine being textured is, it adds a bit of subtle flare to catch the eye, but more importantly it hides hairline scratches.

how long does it take to ship

If you watched the video, you'd know it only took one day to get to me. I live pretty close to where they ship from, so I can't say if you live outside the San Francisco Bay Area.

If you live on the eastern coast, it takes about 4 days to ship and for western coast about 2-4 days. Also you should mix that with the yellow silicone cover and see how it works .

Yeah you are definitely correct on that one. I have a Devil (Red and Black) and I have pulled it accidentally sometimes and no sag at all. The dock protector also seems to help it hold up.

Yeah, I'm shocked that I'm the only one on YouTube that has a video on the Serpent. Switcheasy ships their product about 20 minutes from my house, so thats why I got it so fast. They need to have more colors with the serpent texture though.

yeah, itd be awesomee if they came out with different colors, but it is limited i guess and it looks really nice. also u can mix and match them anyways so theres the color combos
