When the maid turns the chainsaw on, look at Sabitsuki. I think she's smiling. Maybe she wanted to get hit by the chainsaw?

... it's over... it's finally over. *Dies* Dear god, I sat locked in my room for days playing this damned game. Didn't eat, didn't sleep... and after I collected everything, I just had to come here and watch this. This game mind fucked me in so many different ways... much more enjoyable than Yume Nikki, in my opinion. It's been a while since I've felt so disturbed. :)

Your apartment is covered in blood, which you coughed up due to your disease, and this is why so much of the game is centered around people who look like they've swam in acid attacking you, perhaps others who have been driven mad by the disease, just as you have in some of the endings

I personally think the third ending is the best. Instead of Sabitsuki suiciding, or getting randomly slaughtered, she gets saved, hence her standing there with the credits instead of the pool of blood. The player is Sabitsuki's disease, Rust, in the end. After attacking her in the room, the Maid/Nurse kills it, saving Sabitsuki from the hilucinations. Idk, just a theory.

I don't think I entirely understand what happened on the 2nd and 3rd ending, but... that's depressing. No matter what you do, you wind up dying... ;_;

Endings 1 and 2 are incomplete. Ending 2 shows more details about what happened after ending 1. Ending 3 shows everything.
