@codsniper12345 You obviously have NO idea what you're talking about. The M14 is by far better than the M1 and the M16. The three-round-burst was added by President Nixon during the Vietnam war so that soldiers were not just dumping the whole magazine, it was an effort to keep war wages down. If you can find a Vietnam-era M16 that's in working condition, then congratulations. But based on your name, you have no knowledge about firearms. No more than what Call of Duty tells you. Vietnam variations of the M16 include the XM16E1 prototypes, the M16A1, and at least five different M16 based carbine variants. All them were semiautomatic and fully automatic due to the selector switch configuration.

Glock 22, Remington 870 express 12 gauge, and a gerber machete. These are my weapons of choice if I'm on the move. Federal hydrashok hollow points for the glock, rifled Remington high velocity slugs for the shotty, and no ammo necessary for the Machete.

Nothing beats an AK, 12 gauge, 1911 45. and Ruger or Remington 700! Also someone needs to tell the fat man that your body is also a weapon! If you can't run, climb or do any other physical activity you're probably going to be among the first to get eaten! Also someone needs to teach the women in this video the proper way to stand while shooting! Instead of leaning back and having the recoil knock them to the ground, they need to have their legs shoulder width apart and lean into the weapon!

This guy has no idea what he's talking about. My example, the M14. It is accurate to 500 yards w/o scope and is TIRED & PROVEN since is debut in Viet Nam. Its a little long, pssh, if you're that close you use your pistol as a, "Reach out and touch someone," weapon.

The bean counters at the Pentagon have been trying to kill the M14 since the 1960s (with the introduction of the M16), but every time there's a conflict, the old girl is put back into service. When M16/M4-equipped US troops went up against the ambush and run tactics of Iraqi/Afghan insurgents armed with AK-47s, the Army and Marines raided the US Navy's supply of M14s and put one with each squad (the Navy was too cheap to rearm with the M16).

The M14 (7.62 or .308, as stated in the video) is a battle rifle, because unlike an assault rifle, it does not fire an intermediate cartridge (ie: 5.56, 5.45).

@rjryan64 Well you need ammo for guns, and if you can't afford to get ammo and you can't get into an ammo cache, and you don't have your own reloading station, then you're screwed and might as well disassemble your gun and use your buffer tube as a club.
