Everyone that's correcting him that I've seen is wrong. No, It doesn't begin on D flat at all, it begins on B. It goes B A B Dflat B A Dflat Dflat and so on. Just begin on B. Listen to the song closely and watch Matt play it in the music video. The Chorus is played on the right hand by alternating between A and F#. I hope this helped better understand the song.

@dwalcott123 just because it sounds fine doesn't mean it isn't wrong. He plays a wrong note. It's as simple as that. Like if you are singing a song in chorus or something, you can make up harmonies that sound pretty, but no matter how you look at it you are singing it wrong.
