I've watched Code Geass and Eureka 7, so I've seen my share of mecha-anime (not a mecha-hater), but is it just me or does this just looks way too... squared (or badly animated at least)?

Do people really watch this? Maybe I need to see some of the anime to understand, but from the animation alone I wouldn't be able to watch it, unless the plot was astounding o.O
