Federal gov has the power to keep corps in check and state and local gov do not. The Executive Branch has more control than they deserve and the courts have more control than they deserve. What we need is a strong Congress to reign in the Executive Branch and the courts to get back to constitutional government. Right now, The FED has more control over congress than they do, and the courts are letting unconstitutionalities slip by. As long as it stays like this, don't expect corrupt corporations to change.

I am trying to expand my business and hire more workers and since I don't yet fall in top income I can't afford to pay to keep tax cuts for INDIVIDUALS that do. Top income corporate tax rate is already set at 35 % while next lower bracket is set at 38% after tax credits neither pays anywhere near that but top income is eligible for most. We need to keep tax cuts for middle business and individual.

Federal gov has the power to keep corps in check and state and local gov do not. The Executive Branch has more control than they deserve and the courts have more control than they deserve. What we need is a strong Congress to reign in the Executive Branch and the courts to get back to constitutional government. Right now, The FED has more control over congress than they do, and the courts are letting unconstitutionalities slip by. As long as it stays like this, don't expect corrupt corporations to change.

I am trying to expand my business and hire more workers and since I don't yet fall in top income I can't afford to pay to keep tax cuts for INDIVIDUALS that do. Top income corporate tax rate is already set at 35 % while next lower bracket is set at 38% after tax credits neither pays anywhere near that but top income is eligible for most. We need to keep tax cuts for middle business and individual.

The FBI actually went around and arrested people while Woodrow Wilson was in office if they didn't agree with his policies to go to war. They also did this during the Vietnam era.
