I think it would be hilarious to have the 6 doctors in which when whatever is happening ends and it's time to leave, no one wants to because the TARDIS needs six pilots and together they could beat anyone.
Do you want to hear a sad story Canada pushed the final doctor who episode the episode where river song reviles herself back about a week I so England saw it before us so when I went on the website I saw who river song was before I watched the episode I want to complain
Gaiman should most definitely make a contribution to writing the 50th Anniversary along with Moffat and maybe RTD. Moffat has just about let me down with all his secrets, underwhelming revelations (River Song's identity made me furious) and the over-heavy Series 6 arc. Mind you, he has got a lot of very good points. RTD could come back to help with the script writing as his scripts were excellent.
I would really like to see Steven Moffat and Russell T. Davies teaming up to write up a story in which both the 10th and 11th doctors join forces somehow. However, the idea of 'The Eleven Doctors' sounds great, but I think it would be hard to pull off. Again with the previous DW actors either dead or aged causing actor problems, I think that the episode would be full of confusion because it would be showing one doctor's perspective or another.
I say use the "Trials and Tribble-ations" approach like DS9 did -- have the living doctors visiting the non-living ones through the use of inserting them into old footage. It allows for the originals to be used, to honor their memories, and still have an 11 doctors story. By comparison, using stand-ins or CGI wouldn't hack it, IMHO. I would otherwise build the story around ten and eleven since they'd be the easiest to recruit for the story (having them meet would be cool by itself!).
Well, the first three Docs' actors are dead, Tome Baker is still alive, but has aged a lot. Course, so have the next couple of Docs. They COULD do an Andy Serkis with Tom Baker and the others, tho: Each performs as his current, old self, wearing the garment with all the little spheres, they replace them on screen with their younger selves. The voice acting would be theirs, the actual performance would be theirs, including all the facial expressions. They'd all look the correct age, though.
I'd like to see the 11 doctors or at very least the 4 doctors. with 8,9,10 and 11. see how 8 regenerated. that would be awesome! or have it take place in the time war. but having 5-11 would be neat. But if you can get Amazing actors to play 1-4 then do the 11 doctors.
Umm... Tron 2 totally made Jeff Bridges younger. Sure it was a bit in the Uncanny Valley, but it's totally doable. Also, the second Doctor could TOTALLY be played by his son.
I wonder if Mr. Gaiman's seen Forrest Gump or the Star Trek DS9 ep "Trials and Tribbliations" since they used CGI, green screen and really well thought out spliting and editing to add then modern actors into a pre-exisiting story. It is possible to have the current Doctor have to travel to points in his own personal timeline, try not to make his former self aware he was there and do things because of this.

It would be wonderful, but even if it were possible each Doctor would have no more than about 15 minutes of screen time!

Well, they did get someone else to play the first doctor in The Five Doctors. Don't see why you can't do something similar.

I understand why he says it, but really the multi-Doctor stories were pretty average, looked at without FanSpecs. I just want a good story.
