what gear is required to be accepted into a guild that does Ulduar 25? tier7 or 7.5? Sorry if I sound like a noobsauce but I'll get started soon and got a lot to catch up on

I would say simple rule is that you need most of your gear to be from Nax 25 and correctly itemized for your class and spec. So I would say 7.5 would be the set to go for.
