@kilik42 just cuz its from the '80s doesn't mean all the songs have to be from that era. Besides, some of the flashbacks involving the Comedian took place in Vietnam which was in the 60's. Point being this movie covers multiple eras. The only thing that would have been out of place is if they had a song from the '90s or '00s

I've met people who found this inappropriate as the watchmen was themed during the 1980s. This song was from the seventys, check that the 1960s
