thanks - I shot this mostly with the Sony EX1, with the stock lens. Easy to shoot with given the pro features. I always use manual focus though there is some autofocus assistance. The other camera I used was the Nikon D5000, which is not quite as easy to use to get the same control but the look is great with the ability to use SLR lenses. I didn't do too many takes maybe three or four, mainly to get different angles and wide/tight/etc
I competed in Triple Crown this weekend and met you at Spirit. Im really looking forward to your new guide book. It would also be great if you posted more videos like this. Excellent quality climbing video and its hard to find those.

What lens was used? Is it hard to shoot video with that lens? Does it auto focus or is it all manual focus? How many takes did you have to do?
