@TheAcxor de donde sacas ese concepto o quien te dijo eso? los mantras son sonidos que sirven para liberar la mente de malas percepciones, el significado es irrelevante " solo son ejercicios para conectar la mente con el cuerpo" la única recomendación para hacerlo bien es una buena aptitud.
