  • OMNOMNOMNOMNOM

  • how do you kill the mice?

  • WERE DO THE PELLETS GO?..

  • Love their faces when their done, So satisfied.

  • For a sec I thought I read Baby Eagle Eating Owl, but this is cool too

  • How did you get your owl? I've been looking one but I cannot find any for sale in FL.

  • @Roxietheamazingcat We hatch and raise our own. Sometimes we sell some of our babies to other zoo/educational facilities.

  • HUNGRY HUNGRY EAGLES!!!! FROM BLAAAAAMMMMMOOOO!!!!!

  • at 0:36 the big ones like "BREAK IT DOWN!!!!"

  • they look like grypinns (i play too much warcraft) than owls

  • hey i know it may not seem like it right now baby eagles but when you grow up you'll be liam neeson level bad ass. it may not look like it now since your sooo tiny but before you know it you'll be giving people the serious stare and making phone calls to a kidnapper half across the world telling him or her that you'll find them and kill them and they'll say good luck and you actually find them and beat them to death. so don't worry you'll be super bad ass pretty soon.

  • Poor Mice.

  • The big one's like "HECK YEAH! More for me!!" *eats them* "mmmmm gooooddddd"

I also noticed on the small one that there's some flesh showing, is it supposed to be that way? I'm not that educated on owls so I don't know for sure.

  • @BethieBlood Yeah, they look a little patchy at this stage. At this age, they are about to start growing in full feathers.

  • @WorldBirdSanctuary Ah okay, figured that was it. Was just wanting to make sure :)

  • @WorldBirdSanctuary Eagle owls??? Are they mixed?

  • @HappyHooker83 No, they get that name because they are so big, like most eagles. As adults, they can weigh between 3-9 pounds with a 6ft wingspan! They can catch and kill a 30lb Roe deer, but can't fly off with it. Still pretty amazing!

  • the whole time both of them are thinking "you're cute lady, in a few weeks when you're sleeping i will swoop down and tear your eyes out, then feast on your innards. you just keep feeding me broad..."

  • Those mice look absolutely delicious!

  • 1:55 No ! Not the face! :)

  • awwwwww xD time for a nappy

  • OK you got me there but it's very cruel.. I am I not right

  • @WorldBirdSanctuary Wow that big one sure ate a lot, at the time how many mice would they eat in a day?

  • where can I buy one? Just kidding.

  • Yeah they are... Thankyou but couldn't the owls eat worms...

  • @ferrari365gtb Well, mice have more nutrients than worms. All worms eat is dirt, and occasionally, the dead bugs that are in the dirt. They eat dead plants and animals, but they digest it and turn it into more dirt before the birds would get the nutrients from the carcasses. Personally, the last time I took in a baby bird, I fed it blended chicken meat, but again, it's not as nutritious. It's cruel, but it's the only thing that's closest to their natural diet.

  • down the hatch! hahaha what a delicious pun

  • Yeah but have a heart

  • Um I'm sorry that I'm a caring person and you're just a typical jerk

  • @ferrari365gtb , What do you expect them to feed the baby owls then . . .

  • @ferrari365gtb ; and those mice look pretty dead to me . .

  • how evil of a person are you? How can you feed those feeder mice to owls? Feeder Mice have feelings too.... I sure hope that you at least killed the feeder mice before feeding them to the owls...

  • @ferrari365gtb people like you need to be eaten

  • @ferrari365gtb Maybe because its their diet?

  • @ferrari365gtb I eat feeder mice all the time. One word... delicious!

  • Soon they will be eating you bitch >_>

  • small one looks depressed :(

  • @SPIDER He was just sleepy that day. At this young age, they mostly eat and then sleep. He's now all grown up and doing shows!

  • @WorldBirdSanctuary And usually at this age the larger one pushes the little one out to kill it. The little one is also Moulting which is a sign of depression. Sorry but i think Spider is right....

  • @Shadowcontheoriginal Molting is when a bird sheds old feathers while growing in new ones and it's certainly not a sign of depression. It's a simple life process. At this stage in life, they have to molt their downy feathers in order to grow in adult feathers and begin flying. So, no, the little one is not depressed in any way, just sleepy from having eaten earlier. Cainism occurs when there is a lack of food, thus increasing competition. There's no lack of food here.

  • @WorldBirdSanctuary Still looks Depressed.

  • Vegetarian owl?

  • then the next day, the big one regurgitate all the bones out of the body XD

  • just curious, do you need to teach them how to hunt so that they'll know what to do when they are released?

  • i like the big one''s little head dance at :35

  • @reast341 He's like "Oh Yeah I'm older buddy xP "

  • @reast341 I had to laugh so hart, that my laptop fell on the ground I have to tell you by using my iPod

  • @reast341 Big one's got moves like Jagger

  • Very special.... thank you for making this video. Like your narration, too. I cut up mice at the wildlife hospital where I volunteer. Both raptors and corvids appreciate them! Yum!

  • Cute little scraggly fellahs! Love it!
