Nice attempt. It make me proud as a native Hawaiian that our chants have taken an interest by na malihini. For those listening to the recording in this video, the women chanting is: Pele Suganuma. The person calling out each verse is a man by the name of: Henry Pa. This recording was done in the early 70's to an album called "Mele Hula II". Pele Suganuma is the daughter of the late great Hawaiian scholar Mary Kawena Puku'i. In fact, Pele (the fire goddess) is related to Mary Kawena's family!
