  • ok well, i read the biography of Meor Rahman...... lol it was pretty funny, they claimed he was born with a twin that looks like a worm from his mother but besides the point this is what it said about when he met bruce lee:

"After introductions, Lee offered him a part in his movie The Game of Death. Dato Meor respectfully declined the offer. However, they did manage to exchange a few moves, information, and views about Malay and Chinese self - defense."

  • let's look at the feats of bruce lee and his physical and mental strength and of course his philosophy......

    this man was the greatest....

  • okay, well i recently did more research on this for some reason, that according to the myth, bruce lee wanted to show his art, "Jeet Kune Do" is better than silat..........

after i read that sentence, i knew it was a myth, if you know bruce lee, he never believes in the "way of doing things" in other words, "the art".......

  • i read the biography of silat and Datuk, i was right, they met in airport, but they never fought and Datuk shared some techniques with Bruce Lee after their short meeting....

  • yep, this is all myths, according to his friends and witness, bruce lee never even fought that silat master, Meor..... it is also recent but there are claims that they never even met.......

Master Willem Reeders story really is strange, i have no doubt that bruce lee studied silat but there are many versions of the story of Master Reeders as well..... i did hear there was a thank you letter from Lee sent to Reeders but who knows..... there are 100 myths about his death sadly....

  • Now, more than 30 years later, conspiracy theorists still concoct elaborate cases for the mysterious murder of Lee. And with the tragic demise of his son, Brandon, who died in a way that bizarrely mirrored a scene in Game of Death, the myths persist, coroners reports notwithstanding.

  • Considering how much life and energy Lee projected on screen and in public appearances, it was impossible for many to accept that he had simply died. He was a cinematic superman: unbeatable, unkillable and unstoppable. The public could have accepted it if hed fallen while fighting a bunch of thugs, but an allergic reaction to aspirin didnt seem possible. Giants dont die that easily.

  • This myth began circulating shortly after Lees death in 1973. Actually, there are dozens—perhaps hundreds—of stories surrounding his passing. The three I heard most often are that he was killed for revealing the secrets of Shaolin Temple, that he was murdered by rival kung fu teachers in Chinatown and that he was assassinated by ninja. None of them is true.

  • i have to agree with this video, i heard of this myth, and i did my own research as well, there are more than 100 myths like this about bruce lee around the world believe or not!

and com on..... it's bruce lee..... you cant beat him and he was still learning too, i mean look at tommy carruthers who is the closest thing to bruce lee...

  • note that willem reeders did teach bruce lee something, but could be anything beside silat......

  • read the description above..... thank you!
