Actually, this whole video was from the TV show called "The Comeback" which aired on HBO, starring Lisa Kudrow (from "Friends"). The whole show revolves around the main character who is a struggling actress (character played by Lisa). The character's an actress, so that's why you see cameras here.

Dont know whether they are shooting a scene at the start or not.. but if they werent and were being serious about that argument.. completely obviously faking it!
the actings as bad as 'Joey tribbianni' in Days of our Lives.. You know that real fake acting that they purposely do.
The end bit seemed realistic though.. confusing!.. this video needs some sort of explanation to it.
