FACT:

Most of HL/CS players were quake 1 players where bhoping and ghoping was mandatory.

FACT:

Goldsource engine = modded ID TECH 1 engine where bhoping and ghoping was possible.

FACT:

In CS from 1.0 till 1.3 you could bhop at the same speed as in quake

In CS 1.6 bhoping and ghoping is still possible but you go for a 1-2 sec faster.

Thats easy. And it's not a script. It's just the server using sv_airaccelerate -10 and those guys with one bind.

1. Bind mwheelup or mwheeldown with "+duck"

2. Jump and hold "s" for "back"

3. Start scrolling your mwheel slowly until you hop like that.

This is a 4 or 5 years old trick. It does not work with normal airaccelerate.

its call a ground hop (g-hop) script you bind a button to it and it crouches like twenties times a second air accelerate has to be 100 for it to work though
