4 - Creating Table Based Layouts in Dreamweaver

Is there a way to add a background image to a table so content can be added above? It looked easy on a video tutorial for CS3 however on CS5 there does not seem to be an option to uplad a background, just change the colour? Thanks for any help.

Table based design is better then css.

Css is complicated and time consuming.

Why we learn Css if we can do all these with tables ha
