Starrykid101 Dude, she mothers EVERYONE. They go into explicit detail with this in the "Runaway". It's in her nature. Hell, she's that way with her OLDER brother(who admits to seeing her as a mother). She lost her mother as a kid and her father wasn't around much. She had to raise herself as the parent for her brother and the children of her village.

It's what happens to most kids in those circumstances.

Zuko is really disgusting IMO. I loved Katara and she desevers better man of the Serie. Which is Aang (And no, Aang ain't newer than Katara. He has 100+ years).

Zutara doesn't work because Katara and Zuko are too similar. Both of them are passionate, temperamental and confrontational people that don't know how to compromise or relent when they think they're right, even if they're in the wrong. They wouldn't last the first day as a couple if they ever got into an argument.

Aang and Katara, however are balanced(which is the whole theme of the show). They understand each other, and are mature enough to acknowledge when they make a mistake and listen.

Yeah, I found the interview on Toonzone and I laughed my ass off. I knew they wouldn't allow Zutara to happen since they said last year in May that they had planned to make it Kataang since the beginning. Plus, if you were ever at the Comic Cons or other conventions whenever they were asked about Zutara, they always had annoyed looks on their faces and Mike once even stated that Zutara had as much a chance of happening as Appa and Momo getting together.

Good news KataAang fans.... I think it's official!!! In the episode "Invasion" Aang kisses Katara after saying 'what if he doesn't come back.' ^.^

Of course, Zuko also goes after the group in the final part of the double episode to join their team, so Zutara could still be. HOWEVER, I'm all for KataAang and I think it has a BIG chance now. I can not wait for episode 12. I'm stoked!
