  • As a life long Duck Fan, I would say that the HEALTHY 2007 Oregon team would have beaten the 2009 team, perhaps even the 2010 Oregon squad. If Oregon had stayed healthy they would have played for the National Championship.

  • Comment removed

  • 2007 Ducks but it would be close because both 2007 and 2009 ducks have fast and strong qbs and rbs.

  • Here's a good comparison:

2007 Oregon Ducks or 2010 Oregon Ducks?

  • He's a physical freak of nature!

  • That why he is on the Carolina Panthers. SPEED!

  • this fool is unreal..

  • 2007 ducks with Dennis Dixon were abslolutely unstoppable. 09 ducks are still very good but 07 would win

  • 2007 ducks vs 2009 ducks, who do you think would win?

  • Good call. Middle of the season... I'd say 2007. Who knows though, we are getting better every game this year.

  • Yeah, now that usc is out its looking pretty good! I don't like to talk bcs b4 all the peices are in place but this year looks like it could be the one. The only games we have to worry about are the arizona state game and osu, cause you never know how the cival war will go down, haha. I think it was last year that we stopped them from going to the rose bowl...

  • Wow that's a toughie. I'd give the edge to the '07 bunch. If Dennis hadn't become injured late in the year the Ducks would've gone on to the NC game without question.

  • @cozmosmashzu That would be a great game.Masoli vs Dixon,Stewart vs James. I'd probobly have to go with 09.

  • @cozmosmashzu 07 cause 09 can't pass

  • @cozmosmashzu a healthy Dennis Dixon = ducks go to national champ game and Dixon wins Heisman EASILY. ... ohhh what could have been....

  • @cozmosmashzu Funny thing is, the 2008 ducks finished in the top 10 at the end of the year, and the 2010 ducks are currently ranked #2 in the nation after being 6-0.

    Talk about a power program.

  • If he would've played his senior season he'd have won the heisman no doubt!

  • damn him and dixon were sposed to win the national championship and a heisman(dixon).........shit is so sad

  • hes pretty fast

  • he got turnovers feet no wonder yall think he fast but he still fast don't get me wrong

  • What does that mean? I don't speak idiot so turn off the xbox and learn how to type a sentence.

  • Your stupid. i didn't even use puncuation, capitalization in my sentence. how about you go to class tube and meet with people that can use vocabulary instead of watch football. ok

  • Ha!..."class tube" is a classic line. However, I still have no idea what the original post means. Your stupid beats his stupid in the war of stupid.

  • Oh I love having Stewart here in Carolina! Wait till he gets one more year of NFL workouts, and somemore experience, he and Delo will be breaking records!

  • he better get rookie of the year

  • Most Explosive back in the NFL Draft better than dmac

  • yup best back in the draft, its just that he didn't get as much carries.

I wonder how many yards he wouldve gotten if he went to a team with crap RB like the Bears where he can take every snap

    probably over 1500

  • hell ya dmac is over-rated J-Stewart is the perfect mix speed, power, vision, cutback ability he isnt overrated like dmac either!

  • this guy is blessed with speed

  • Jonathan Stewart ran a 10.8 something in High School electronically timed (Shaner Invite Meet), which is just as fast as Darren Mcfadden, except Jonathan's got tremendous size and power.

  • umm actually in High Scool he wasnt as fast as people think cuz in his sophmore year he broke his leg and that is why he gets leg injurys alot

i wnet to timberline hig school with him

he was a beast tho still

just he got faster in college

  • ha yeah I go to NT, I ran at a meet last year when they announced his 100m time. I'm just saying on the track he was just as fast, not on the field, since you know him, i won't argue.

  • i would know lol do u know nick maxwell

  • beast

  • everyone knows how strong he is but he has the most underrated speed. he got 3rd in the 100 meter dash in high school and anchored the state champion 4 by 1. he ran like 11 flat auto time. hes probaly a little bit slower since he put on so much bulk but he still has a very nice burst

  • Timberline high comes the best running back

  • nick maxwell!!!

  • stewarts a hell of an athlete he had like over 1000lbs on all three lifts had like a 400lb power clean thats why hes so explosive

  • wow I can not wait to see this guy in action!!

  • Him and DeAngelo Williams will be a great 1-2 punch! Go Panthers!!

  • damn I can't wait to see this kid come Opening day, glad we picked him

  • He is a good kid, and will be a great pro!

  • look at the explosiveness and the speed. go panthers

  • wow we might have a running game soon, last time that happened was when we had stephen davis......go panthers.

  • Ah iceferg plz don't make me talk about Stephen Davis. He was a monster, had a great size, hard to take him down and decent speed. Hope Stewart is the same but BETTER! GO PANTHERS

  • He's a Panther now. Yeah. I'm excited. Go Panthers!

  • ALthough I'd rather not take Stewart because I;m a Bills fan and the bills already have a great RB in Marshawn Lynch; Jon Stewarts going to be a great NFL back in teh future.

  • yall seahawk fans better pray the cowboys dont wise up and take stewart over trading up for mcfadden or taking felix. If he's still there at pick 22, that'll be mighty tempting, then again the cowboys could get either a WR or DB who knows, but im sure seattle would love to have em, tho even if he did, with all those backs in seattle i have no idea how they will set up any kind of rotation(im sorry i do hope the cowboys take him but in all honestly id like to see someone other than JJ and duckett

  • Yeah I hope the Cowboys take Felix. I think Stewart will be the best out of any RB in the draft. Yes better than UPRIGHT Thin-legged McFadden. Stewart would absolutely BEAST McFadden.

If Stew falls to Seattle, WHOA!

Hes from Western Washington. He's a Seahawk fan. The Hawks need a future back! I am PRAYING he falls to 25!

  • If he's there are #25 the Seahawks are going to select him within 5 seconds. He has said that his dream is to play for the Seahawks (local product) and our GM Tim Ruskell is absolutely in love with this guy much like Jerry Jones is with McFadden.

  • too bad mcfadden is not an all purpose back like Stewart

Stewart can take the load.. McFadden is like Reggie Bush, hes situational

  • mcfadden cant be compared to reggie bush.... totally different players. he may not be able to take the load like mendenhall or stewart but hes a different type player than bush

  • i also dont know if the seahawks are looking to take a rb... they just picked up julius and tj ducket in freeagency. they should be looking to fill other needs

  • ur right McFadden is like fusion of Bush and Peterson honestly.. he has the RB mentality unlike Reggie Bush but I don't think he will take the NFL 20-30 carry load like Mendenhall or Stewart

  • awesome run by a future dallas cowboy....

  • I was at that game it was sick.

  • mendenhall is good, but stew is better, he is stronger faster and has better vision

  • ray rice is better

  • and like he really is .....

  • ray rice cant even shine stews cleats,u just made yourself look like an idiot

  • Atta boy Jonathan!! GO DUCKS!! And im hoping he go's to the seahawks. Close to home.

  • damn this dude is fast

  • If Rahshard Mendenhall and Jonathan Stewrart were still around when Seattle got to pick who would they chose?(I think Menedenhall)

  • I watched a thing about him today on ESPN. He is built like a GOD, well actually the scout described him as a 'he-man' figure haha.

    Please, Seattle draft this guy!!!

  • I hope to God Seattle drafts this guy... It would bring back the running game. Alexander is showing his age and doing almost nothing. Go Hawks.

  • Seahawks 1st Round pick, and now that we got Mike Wahle to solidify the O-Line he's gonna be putting up numbers that are probably 25% better than Marshawn Lynch's Rookie campaign. Thats my guess anyways. Go Hawks!

  • i hope so haha

  • I like where the announcer is like: "I GOT YOUR SPEED RIGHT HERE!!!!" (IE JONATHAN STEWART)

  • He has the highest average yards per rush in the PAC-10 (6.2) More than the bitter counterpart Yvenson Bernard (4.4)

  • Jonathan Stewart = One dangerous running back.

  • nastyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • johnathan stewart will be a household name in the nfl soon enough..... he still as another season ahead of him.. priceless

  • Release the Beast, if he can finally put together a healthy season, he will dominate.

  • What species is Jonathan Stewart? It's like he's not even human.

  • HomoNFL Sapian?

  • they won the sun bowl

  • fuckin savage
