One of the users here denies it, but I've heard that parents did complain about Don's head-banging (and that Richard Hunt died right about the time CTW wanted to pull the character anyhow).
Whoa, pretty hilarious! I once tried to imitate Don Music and what he did on the table in the kitchen. Every time Don Music gets into a tizzy and has trouble thinking, it's really, really, really funny.

Maybe that was just a cover up. The FCC didn't want us to know that Richard Hunt would sooner die than compromise the true nature of Don Music.
