You're the retard here. First of for calling Rowe a retard, he's even got a 9.13 in comp. You obviously don't know much about cubing. Second, okay, it might have taken him half a second to realise he had a PLL-skip, but he spent that time AUF-ing. Since you don't know much about cubing I'll tell it stands for Adjust Upper Face. Third, there's a slight delay between the timer and the display. As you can see in the beginning the "timer" starts the same amount of time after he lifts his hands.

It is 8 1/2 because the timer stopped late and it took time for him to realise that he had solved it. Just because you stopped the timer doesn't mean that you solved it at what the timer said. We don't have the technology to get the solve EXACTLY on time so we just way when the timer is stopped then thats you're time faggot.
