CFL are not good for you I have no idea why this show is talking about these light bulbs. Also if you went LED lights they are better for you. I wish they would talk about LED's but yup bad CFL light bulbs.
the energy efficient light bulbs they show are not safe. In Canada there are hazardous materials handling instructions on the back for Mercury.
These light bulbs also are not made anywhere in North America (China mostly).
If the lightbulb breaks, all small children and animals are supposed to leave the room right away.
I know they save energy on your bill, but I encourage people to do more research on the origins and methods of creating products to make sure it really is helping the environment
