I didn't get how we can separate applications and users of those applications. For instance, I'd like to send a message for only one user of my application instant of send this message for everyone that have my application installed. How many registers keys do I need to have?

is the definition of "idle" only when the screen is off or does this count for sleeping devices (>1 hours inactivity)?
