  • DId you have a fuel issue? Numbers are low. I know some might think it is the procomp heads since they don't flow as well as TFS, AFR, etc. but procomps are capable of more than what your getting so something else must have been wrong.

  • Why numbers so low. Doesn't add up? I have a 331 stroker with gt40 iron heads that make 350 hp

  • @Di4bl0Azul326 I'd like to see a dyno sheet on that one. It might be possible, but not without some work. You got a video up showing the dyno sheet?

    

  • @gunforme I have never dynode my mustang, but the guy I go to no's what he's doing! I have a video on my page of his 10sec 347 N/A! I have unported cobra upper and lower manifold. gt40p heads unported, hardened push rods. dss 331 stroker, forged pistons, rods etc. 30# injectors 10;1 compresson ratio. Comp cam. 190lp fuel pump, bbk shortie headers, bbk pro-chamber x-pipe no cats, flowmaster 40's. 70 mm throttle body, 75 mm mass hair . cold air! Soon gears and posi!

  • howd the heads look new? did you have any porting done, milled, etc.? How much did the porting/cleaning up cost?

  • Those are LOW numbers. I had a stock 302HO short block TFS1 cam. Pro Comp heads and a edelbrock rpm air gap and pulled 399hp and 368lbft.

  • my 347 had a tfs stage 2 cam procomp 175cc heads edlebrock rpm2 intake, 30lb injectors, longtubes 75mm t bodie and made 338rwhp 391rwtq. check out mine!!

  • Is it an auto or standard?? Second either way those 190cc Procomp suck.. You atleat need the 210cc procomps and still have them ported.. then you would probably gain 50 to 60 hp. I bet gt40P heads would even produce more power..

  • The heads are holding you back man, Pro Comp sucks, I have machined at least 20 sets and they are truly s***t castings, drop the Pro comps and that engine will grow to be a beast.

  • I believe that is at c&s motorsports they have a mustang dyno.

  • Im making more power on stock heads on my 347.. 283hp/363tq at the wheels on a dyno jet. Stock heads (stock valves, too), e303 cam, gt40 upper/lower, 80mm mass air, 70mm tb & spacer, 24lbs injectors, shorty headers, catless h, and 3" dumps... ~11:1 comp. I made 350wtq at 2800rpm.. something aint right with yours =\

  • I do agree something is wrong here it is really down on power.

  • Those are low numbers man. Was that the first dyno pull??? Was it on a Mustang Dyno or a Dynojet???
