here's what ive been able to gather so far, reportedly this NASA scientist who died of cancer began making a series of vids exposing NASA as covering up what they knew about life on mars. The Greys are there and come here often, interact with us "take me to your leaders" kinda stuff and have been in agreement to kidnap earthlings at will without interference for scientific study. He died as he said and now the vids are coming out but there is some legal hassle, hence the vid from the law firm.

I think if he was really legit, he would have simply videotaped himself stating what he knew. Since these videos would not be released until after his death, there would be no reason to camouflage his voice or face since he would already be dead. It's not like they could do anything to him then. It is very likely we are the only life forms in the Solar System but it is absolutely preposterous to believe that we are the only life forms in the universe or even the galaxy. We are not special. We have our flaws. Therefore, since we are not perfect that is good evidence that there is life outside our Earth.
