@Ouranos94 They actually have 2 separate motors. The chopper motor is inside the cone in the center of the horn. The rotator motor is in the box where the horn meets the pole. They both use the same power source. One other thing you may notice with the 2001 and T-128 is that the horn will rotate faster during each wind down during the attack mode. This is also because of the 2 motors using the same power source.

Why do 2001s' pitch get higher when the rotator stops. I noticed that on another video with a 2001 SRNB doing attack. (CHS 2001-SRNB)

@Ouranos94 When the rotator cuts out, more power is provided to the chopper motor increasing the pitch.
