i dont know about the form factor tho. might drop or slip away in everyday usage. i think they are so cool for putting the flashlights feature on the W series...very usefeul.

The Sony Ericsson W900 was released in early 2005 and your w580i was released 2007, that means you are far from being outdated.

Your phone w580i is a mid - range phone, if you want to be updated get the w910i or sonyericssons latest w - model, the w960i.

In the UK the phone comes exclusive with Vodaphone. You can get these unlocked for about £10. And then if you do not want the vodaphone sign on the cover of your phone, buy a new facia with a "W" on it. I think it looks cooler. The phones width is 24mm, which is quite large but the features are brilliant! =]

i have mine in the US, the phone is awesome, the only thing is that the US is soo far behind, there isnt 3g services here, nor videocalls, they think that having internet is the great SH!T
