a lot of W.W.II equipment was latter sold too farmers so the pot would be a after market item, it could be a tow vehicle , a blade could of been there bit long ago remove or modified
i wish i had one that old we had a ih td18 dozer but it got sold to the junk yard in jefferson georgia to push cars into piles but i doubt they would sell it back to us

No. Its Ex Military. I dont know if it had one. It has a PTO added.
