I have a quick question, from your point of view, must a person always seek to go back to past events and tap on them to be able to make transformations? Can we have success with tapping by simply working on changing the negative beliefs without going back to the past with the tapping?

@BLUERAY1 From what I understand, if you go back to past events and dissolve the negative energy around them you will make faster progress in transformation. But I suppose you can just tap on "Even though I have always had these negative beliefs, I know they aren't true, and I deeply and completely accept myself."

Nice video, but interesting that you use Mother Theresa, whom did not have any true faith in God , all her life, and in her letters claimed she felt repulsed, empty, no faith, no love, no zeal. among other things.

Also perhaps you could find some other inspireing women to fall back on next time, as, as far as I remember, you exclusive use men, apart from M.T, in your videos.

@spiritsings Your wrong about Mother Teresa, she had faith but she also was burned out and should have been rotated by the church. They did not. To say she had no faith based on a few letters while blindly dismissing a Life of work and other statements shows a bias against her and her beliefs
