sad thing is the bears lost this one themselves. The conservative playcalling, barber running out of bounds, and barber fumbling all contributed to the Bears' downfall. Also it didn't help that our two best players Jay Cutler and Matt Forte were out. Tebow only came alive because we were playing fucking prevent defense when there was still plenty of time on the clock. He didn't really push the ball downfield much because he didn't have to. The flat and short route receivers were open everytime.

look finding excuses and blaming barber for losing the game or the defense went into prevent mode doesn't hold water in this argument. If thats the case then lets throw in the touchdown drop pass made by Tomas and the other drop passes that could of easily changed the score board and for that matter an embarrassed ending for the bears.

As a fan who has seen every game, I can tell you the exaggerations of him being "garbage" are greatly exaggerated to fill airtime, increase viewership and sell advertising.
