Wow the spikey creatures from Turok 2 (aka hunters) were planned on being bad guys as usual from the start.

Unlike now where for some reason they guard Tarkeen.

And the endtrails were still there in the beta as well.

Shame such memorable enemies were cut out or made to serve minor roles.

its good..i'm stuck on the leavel were you have to get these keys but i keep getting killed by the jumping raptors.

I think it was a tough time for Acclaim when they were developing this. Just from visual standpoint, not much more than the n64 was capable of. The game just didn't progress more either. Not like a Turok 1 to a Turok 2 progression. Overall it was a good rent.

My faverate Turok game was part 1 or 2, I never played 3 and Im not sure if I want to people say it'sa not good... this if this is what the game rilly turned out to be it would be so much cooler! But, everything changes...

I remember when i saw this trailer years ago. I thought it looked like one of the coolest games ever made. I bought the game and started playing it and the begining of the game showed great potenial. But after an hour or so the game was getting real stale and boring. When i finnaly finished the game i thought about the trailer and all of the things Acclaim excluded from the final product.

Makes me wonder what really happened to the developers. If completed this game might have been a strong competetor for Halo and Turok would still be a respected FPS among the shooters

By the time i finished my studiing(software and things like that)i was going to call them for the position of a modeller and animatour but the had already closed doors and went bankrupt.Now im stuck in Spain and there aren any good game companys here so i guess i shoud try to go to another contrey if i find an offer.

Well if you likw Turok you should try the new guys making the new Turok. If it succeeds you could get a shot at one of the most reckonized FPS of all time. If not you could always joined SEGA.
