the first thing I see is that your shoulders are not over the bar in your start position. straiten your knees a tad more and bring your hips back. Also, the bar is brushing too far down your legs. the bar should be brushing a few inches above your junk. You also need to tighten your upper back at the beginning (pinch shoulder blades but dont shrug). Finally you need to twist your elbows inward and roll your wrist slightly back. Are you using a hook grip?
You looked like you were bending your arms on some of the reps before you initiated the jump. The snatch should have zero bicep/brachialis involvement in getting the weight up. Just focus on jumping as high as you can (although with a heavy weight you will probably only get your heels off the ground) and shrug your shoulders up/backwards just as you are beginning to jump. The weight should touch or be very close to your shirt on the way up.
It looks like you are bouncing it from your legs. Hmm you should pull bar all the way to your belly. Keep bar as close as you can to your body. Jump and Shrug your shoulders at the same time. Your shoulders should always be over bar not behind bar.
amazing hip extension, you dont want to spend to much time with your knees bent when in the hang, it should be a quick dip to get the stretch reflex active in the hammies and explode! good lifts and love the slow mo bar drop

I agree with freddy, you have good power, just activate that stretch reflex. It is just like a vertical jump with weight attached to your arms.
