This IS an amazing percussion duet. My percussion instructor at my college and her husband who also teaches percussion are going to play this at their faculty recital in a few days. I sat in on some of their rehearsals and I love it. amazing!

The director of percussions studies at my university is performing this piece in a few weeks, and if she does her job, I'm sure I will be just as blown away by a live performance as i was for this youtube performance!!

wow this piece is one of the best duets ive ever heard...i love it so much i think im gunna buy the music and play it with a friend...only, my school has a 4.3 octave marimba and a 4.5 octave marimba and its written for a 4.3 and a 5 octave marimba...would we still be able to do this piece using the 4.5 in place of the 5? or would it sound too wierd...love the piece great work.
