Nice work. I would love to see this guitar sometime. Sure that something like that guitar would be at least 3 times the manufacturing cost if sold at GC. I wonder if you would agree that those double fretted guitars are really for sure more than anything.
If it wasn't for the weight and size, I would use this as my main guitar 100%. The top neck has a totally different feel and sound. The only reason it didn't get used in this video was that the neck selector switch was accidentally super glued in place. The button was stripped on the switch so, I put too much glue and it ran down into the switch locking it up solid. I would have played both necks hadn't that happened. I tune the top neck to different tunings while using the bottom for lead work.
I made it about 20 something years ago. I wanted a LP and Strat in one box. It's got LEDs in the necks as well. One is a 25.5 inch scale with a whammy bar and the other one has a Steinberg Trans Trem and a 24.75" scale neck. The whole guitar is made of Honduras Mahogany with a flamed maple top and Brazilian Rosewood boards. The LP pickups are two Dimarzio 59s and the bottom neck has a custom pickup made by Duncan for me to replicate VHs early pickups. Low output. The neck PU is a Dual Sound.
I have coil splits for the Strat neck to get that single coil neck sound. Then, the whole instrument goes through a 1 watt tube amp that is cranked up and then converted to line level before hitting the Marshall front end to give it a real power tube distortion sound and not a front end 12 AX7 tinny buzzy type of sound.

Mike, hey buddy! Good to hear from you. That's the other contestants wife and their daughter. He played that night too.
I had a blast playing man. After almost 10 years without playing, to do this was fantastic.
