No. He joined in 02. ace, paul, peter and gene reunited in 96, and peter left again in 01 and ace in 02, and were replaced by eric singer and tommy thayer. then peter came back in 03 (probably because he needed money) and left again in 04, and eric took over again. anyhow ace and peter kick ass!

Ending the Ace Debate. He left 82. He hated the idea of a concept album, and ended his active involvment with the band, opting to record his parts at home and send them to the band. when the album came out he himself said he smashed the record. after the release of The Elder, he left the band. Even tho he appeared on the cover of Creatures of the night, He had no involvment.
