The only other time Disco Bear has ever interacted with Flaky (besides accidently killing her of course) is in Ski Ya, Wouldn't Wanna Be Ya where Disco Bear is very happy to see her and gives her that Disco Bear smile of his. We never saw Flaky's reaction because she was pretty much dead by that point. Also Disco Bear would NEVER wink at a fellow male. I say Flaky is female.

although I think it would be interesting for an episode starring Flaky and Disco Bear, there really isn't a whole lot going between them. either Flaky's a guy, or she just can't compete with Giggles and Petunia.
