I never said she should sing in egyptian. I am Moroccan btw. But her answer : I cant show she is not a capable person. You atek any mrococan singer he/she will sing any arabic dialect from the middle east. We actually know that middle easter people are not skilled when it comes to languges. please don't take it as an offense

Just say you are not interested to sing in Egyptian. How hard it is to sing in Egyptian. it is not like she has to write the song. The north africans do a great job and our dialect has nothing to do with middle eastern. I hate dumb answers

@Ritabellydance But noone will say that to the "oh-so-great" Amro Diab who actually has fans in Lebanon to sing in Lebanese .. it's not even a question .. no1 considers it so why should Najwa. and Najwa in Lebanese is the best. If every Lebanese singer took her path - the Lebanese song would be bi alf khair and all the trashy singers would have no place to exist amongst that.

@LilMaryBoo1989 : we in Morocco love egyptian and lebanese and some khaleej singers and we dont want them to sing our dialect. You did not get my point. It is no big deal. It is not the fact she does not sing in egyptian , it is the argument she used : that she does not know how. how diffciult is it to just repeat after someone who reads the lyric for her. ever peroquet can dot that
