I was on the explorer post and was at Central sence 2001. It has always been Battalion 1 like I said. I have no clue what your talking about. Chief 1 has ALWAYS been the Fire Chief radio call. You need to get your story straight DUMBASS.

Just to let you know its Battalion 1 not chief 1. Chief 1 is the fire chiefs radio call it has been like that sence they have had a Battalion. Also it is a E-One 100 foot aerial and the Tahoe has all strobes NOT LED the camera just sucks and cant pick up the strobes.

@MrJakemoffitt: Dude, this is an all strobe light package, the Whelen Edge strobe bar, and the 2 grille strobes. Some cameras do not have a high enough Flash Per Second (FPS) rating to pick up ALL strobe flashes. Cameras with low FPS rating have trouble picking them up in bright sunlight. He was running lights, the could just not pick them up that well.

Seems like most people agree though, they're hard to see.

When lights changed from mars Lights and glass to plastic and strobes, or mini bar lights, they don't prject light. They illuminate, but not light up intersections.

Too bad cost dictates so much these day.

that station is really the best station ive even seen. used to pass it everyday last year going to work. you really should take a tour of e-one in ocala. really awsome how they put these rigs together. i lived about 20 min from e-one. now im just north of mckinney. i heard thsi staion has some old engines. id love to stop in one day to see them.
