  • organ sounds really out of tune....

  • Bravo. VERY well done. And from memory no less! Good man!

  • +youtubbe: "adrianmusic2009"

  • both the church and organ sound are beautiful

  • How about you piss off? Can you do that?

  • 4/156 ranks?!?! Hardly! You mean digital circuit "wannabe!" Can it get anymore screechy! How about a demo of the softer stops? Playing that loud all the time can damage your hearing!!!

  • Bloody hell, that is loud!

  • Beautiful sound. I can listen to it 100 times

  • I really admire the fact that he is playing this piece by memory. He has not sheet music in front him at all. Well done.

  • I don't know why but of all the electronic organs I've in person I like the Rodgers best even if they're not installed all that well.

I was told the lighted drawknobs saves lots of money and are less of a maintenance issue.

We shouldn't try to judge the sound through little biddy speakers on a computer but I thought it sounded quite good.

    Well done, Hosannahorn!

  • Answer me this question, since the drawknobs are lighted, do you just push the stop to "activate" it?

I think I'd still prefer the traditional drawknobs, but to each their own.

  • No, the mechanism allows you to pull to activate and to push to stop. The stop lights turn on when you activate the stop only.

  • Awesome!!!

  • This organ is simply amazing. One could never appreciate this magnificent organ unless you can hear it in person. I remember when that console was first installed and Douglas Marshall brought me there so I could play it, and of course climb through the pipe chambers to show me the speakers they had installed for the electronics. The console sits on a mobile platform so it's easy to move when the organ is meant to be the center of attention. You play it very well.

  • questo e'il suo tempo!!!

OK!! ed e' bello anche lo strumento. Grazie!

  • Really this one of the best organ players that I have ever heard. That Organ sounds great. I have loved this song ever since my wife walked down the isle to it at our wedding.

  • wow great playing........how come they don't put organs in the back of the church where the loft is anymore?

  • Good playing, But again, an electonic nightmare. For a digital, I do prefer Rogers to other builders, but why to they do that stupid thing with light up drawknobs?

  • I'd love to hear you place this with better recording equipment!

  • What a hoot: super brassy!

Forget the detractors - it looks like you had a ball and it sounds just fine to me!

  • Tinny sound is correct to say the least. Spite 1098 is correct, selection of stops needs work. Something is wrong tonally.

  • Absolutely beautiful! The organ sounds great, the piece is stirring, and oh boy -- do I wish I could play like you! I'm OK but you're terrific, and you played it all by memory no less. Congratulations.

  • Awesome performance - thanks - Lance ♫ ♪ ♫

  • this is not my parish. Second, it is the video camera that makes it sound so thin with not substance and third u sound hear it in person then judge it.

  • What a feeble sound.Totally lacking any soul, tinny and lacking tonal depth.Far too clinical.Clever maybe, but vastly inferior to a good pipe organ. What the hell do you want 65 ranks for?Buy a much smaller manual tracker organ, and have FUN and wonderful sound.

  • well the organ is mostly ae but there is also Rodgers too. A large portion of the organ is Rodgers but 65 ranks are ae. It was Rodgers magnum opus of a long time but has since been beaten. I do have the sheet music but know it by heart. I'll look it up and let u know where to get it.

    Thanks again

  • But Rodgers Digital Organs are much expensive. For that what you pay for a rodgers like this, you can build a pipe organ with about 20 to 30 stops.

  • oh no you cant. that would mean about 400k for a pipe orgna of that size. this rodgers would be about 150k

  • Don't care much for digital, but damn that sounds good!!!!
