@PsychoPowah Yeah, its funny how they did that. They changed him from Scottish to English but he clearly speaks with an american accent... Rumor has it that he was deliberately classified as British to avoid an infringement lawsuit from Capcom since their two main characters, Ryu and Ken, are both Japanese and American, best friends and have similar appearances to Eiji annd Kayin respectively.

@TheY2T Yeah. When he gets hit with punches or kicks the noise he makes does sound Scottish though. It's the 'ooh' noise if you see what I'm meaning. That's interesting stuff about the lawsuit though.

Must admit though Eiji/Kayin > Ryu/Ken all day long.

there were two fighting (beat em up) games avaiable for the playstation on those times. Battle Arena Toshinden and

Tekken. Sadly Tekken kicked Battle Arena Toshinden from the throne. My voice would have been for Battle Arena Toshinden. I really wonder, how B.A.T would look like today. for example the development of historyline and character evolution. i mean if the popularity of B.A.T where bigger than the one of tekken then.
