Lol you really exploited the alien inventory bug. Don't worry, I do that plenty of times. Usually I just shoot them with my own guys since it gives them the Firing Accuracy experience but your way works too. Although just as a note, I've noticed that any flying unit has a small chance of seeing through a corner where the roof and the wall meet. They can't shoot them, but mind control sure works fine in that respect. Oh, and there's a whole bunch of exploitable bugs in this game. Ex.: Chryssalids

The replay value of this game is unlimited IMO. You can beat the game and start over and have the same experience no matter how many times you play it.

I was addicted to this game for months on end back in the 90's and i even reinstalled it back in 2007 because it is just an awesome game. Both this and terror from the deep. Its games like this that win over on all the modern console games, simply because no it doesn't have the graphics but it has to replayability. You go out and buy something like moden warfare 2, you complete it in like 4 hours and thats it end of.

this game is awesome. i usually mind control all the aliens, have them all drop their weapons and move them outside. then i have a team with stun rods just stun all the non-soldiers like alien engineer, medic, leader, etc. to unlock the research. u do this on a commander and u get to cydonia

@kng863 Haha me too. I disarm them and have them all enter the alien craft unarmed so that when they try to get out of the alien craft, I can train my guys to do reaction shots. XD

i usually just go with 6-7 soldiers and they level up faster, oh and in the beginning i pick newbies who have the highest accuracy, that way their accuracy grows even bigger later

I agree with having a couple of decent guys. I like to pick them with all with 60 Bravery so they are better at invading alien bases later on in the game. Use the rest of the guys as scouts/cannon fodder who just get shot.

This game is so great because of the depth of gameplay. It isn't just about wasting aliens...you really have to put some thought into the administrative aspect. Although killing aliens is quite fun, especially when you get hold of the fusion ball launcher and adopt the ever fulfulling 'scorched earth' tactic. Say 'buh-bye' you cursed Etherals!!

The game play is a kind of wreckless. You don't look around corners or check areas. When you took control of the alien, you did not bother simply looking around to have full view inside the craft. This puzzles me. Were you just messing around or really playing?

Haha... Good catch. I save every mission right before I start it just in case I find anything cool or in case I wipe out and need to restart. This time I just happened to find out that all 3 aliens were in the ship at the same time. So when this was recorded it was the 3rd or 4th time I played the scenario.
