I Ride a legit aluminum/carbon Track racing Bicycle(google it). Former Bike Messenger in San Diego. I average 150miles a week in traffic, farthest ive gone is 300 miles, about 36 hours non stop.(in total i have 4500miles) all with no gears, no brakes, and no freewheel. Injuries? ive crashed more times than i can count. ER around 6 times in the past 2 years. I have been hit by 2 vans, a car(prius), a pickup truck, 2 metro buses, and a garbage truck(totally my fault on that one though).SDVELODROME

I only just started riding about 3 weeks ago working on the Thai/Burma border. i shared the road wth cars,motorbikes,people,dogs&th­e occassional cow. a few close calls with motorbikes&cars.scary but the freedom to ride was great I dont drve cars I used to walk and get trains.Now I'm back in my country I so thankful for bike tracks.
