A friend of mine fell in love with this scarf and I have been trying to teach myself to knit on it, feeling quite hopeless and not really desiring to spend the time learning on a different project. You have made this very precise and clear and I am confidant it'll get done now! You're using much smaller needles than what I thought I was supposed to use according to the pattern, and I have had difficulty weilding the 10mm monsters I bought. should I go smaller??

Wow, this is great! I've been wanting to knit that scarf for a long time, and was happy to recently see the picture tutorial on the Mason-Dixon Knitting blog, (look at their December '06 archives), and am now thrilled that there's a video tutorial as well!
