@iceman26796 highly doubtful the point of nanotechnology is a low priced solution to our modern day problems. The morph might be expensive but I doubt it would be anywhere near your projection. Maybe a little bit more than top of the line phones today.
At the moment, it appears to be a concept device only. Concept devices are used to explore the possibilities that future technologies may bring. Nanotechnology has the potential to revolutionise the physical devices we can create. Search on YouTube for nanotechnology to find out more.
@DirtyFan2 a nanometer is 0.000000001 meters [divide a millimeter by one million and that's what you get] by making electronics in a nanometric scale, they become invisible, and have no interference with movement, therefore they are flexible and a LOT more electronics can be built in less space, although i think this is a pretty ambitious project i think it's far from impossible, and for the "how the hell did they do that" part, i'm not gonna lie, i know almost nothing about the process x.x
Do you think that in the future will still have the same old iPhones?
We'll surely have more improved technology like this one!
Less than 10 years ago we only had phones that WERE NOT even colored, discmans and cassette tapes, and now we don't even need those stuff! We got phones for those!
And now we got iPhones and iPads!
50 years from now, young adults would probably think of this as low-tech!

You mean "definitely possible". Is it past your mind capacity to use a spell-checker?
Why do you think it is possible? There is no functioning prototype, the minimal condition required to declare a technological innovation feasible. The "demo" is an animation. The bits and pieces shown in the video are non-functioning plastic mock ups. You've been fooled along with the rest of the 2.3 million.
@VectorDays But by the time this comes out there will be a bigger and better iPhone than any that exist today, but it might be pretty tough to top this thing if it will ever exist.
I love this. Its so... futuristic. I don't even want to think about how much it'd cost to produce or how they could bring down the cost of manufacture to a reasonable level.
The future will come and also the future is now the Nokia Morph will change the lives of ppl. and the lives of children if the cost is lower then we chould expect 1 because it can act as a wrist band and that means they might be able to bring it to school.
From what I read, this phone could be out between 2010 and 2015 ... I wonder how much it will cost, taking into account that it would be the 1st phone with nanotechnology I would say it would cost around 4000 dollars or even more.
@SuperSZ..."4000 dollars or even more" is silly, that price point would be out of reach of almost everybody, they would never bring it to market at a price anywhere close to that much.
@tucache123 , he seid it because there's a real chance to the end of the world. Actually, the NASA considered a potential risk of the crash of a meteor called Apophis in 2012, so shut up you fagot.
Actually there was never any danger from Apophis (named after the bad guy in Stargate SG1, of all things!) in 2012. NASA considered it a potential threat for 2029 for a while, and concern grew when more accurate predictions of its path still predicted a potential collision.
Since then we've got even more accurate readings of Apophis' orbit and know that while it won't hit us, it'll be a very near miss, possibly passing under the orbits of geostationary satellites.
@aram599 WHAT THE MOTHER FUCKING EPHER OF THE FUCKING SHIT OF FUCK FUCK FUCK I JUST WATHC A VID ON THIS AND I THOUGH I WASNT GOING TO SE THIS UNTIL 2025 WTF WHAT JEEZ WHY CANT WE JUST SLOW DOWN THIS OUR STUFF LIKE THIS MAKES STAR WARS AND AVATAR LOOK LIKE THTE 50'S WHAT THE HELL WE NEED TO SLOW DOWN BUT WHO AM I KIDING I LIKE IT
@aram599 Yeah well that's what they say -.- Nokia 888 should have come in 2011 but I just don't believe that possible to sell in few months. I would say that Nokia 888 looking phone comes in 2016 or later and something like this comes in 2025. Do you really believe that in 2 years you can get a phone what actually smells that does some fruit have chemicals on it's surface? -.- Sigh. Btw that guy is holding random piece of plastic with paper picture inside there at 0:29
@xTheDeathSaintx I think that about 2012 and the fact that we are going to day is not right, maybe is fake.We were going to die in 1995,also in 1998 and truly in 2000,but we are still who we were.I think we will leave. What's your opinion?
@Dodo3run didnt here nuthin about 95 or 98 but 2000 is full bullshit. they thought we were gunna die because "the computers are gunna reset" that was just dumb as all hell.2012 though has had some vague scientific proof, historical backup from the mayan thing (witch couldve been translated wrong) and the davinci crap (that books been right about alota crap in the past but it is open to interpretation) i admit its no guarantee but alot points to it.
@xTheDeathSaintx You are right for sure , but even if it is true.WE ARE HUMANS we can make the impossible,I think you know that.We will see when the day comes what is going to happen.
@xTheDeathSaintx lol what? there was more evidence for y2k than 2012. there is no scientific evidence pointing to anything happening in 2012. the mayaan calendar ends in 2012 because was was a really fucking long time away. our calendars only go a year but the world doesnt end every year. the actual threat of y2k was highly exaggerated but it existed. many things would fuck up. database records largely. for anything which stores a date as mm/dd/yy and not mm/dd/yyyy.
@tuseroni REPLY OH MY GOD IT SAYS 00 AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH........that is the dumbest shit in the world. ur telling me they couldnt just simply change the date to test that.? what the sun didnt line up right for them to do that? did ANY SOFTWARE WHATSOEVER FAIL BECAUSE OF THAT. lol that shit was beyond retarded.
@xTheDeathSaintx barely any software failed because it was readily patched. you can still see the Y2K bug every now and then, if you parse a mm/dd/yy date using php js's(the javascript php function library) strtotime("date string") then parse it back using date("format",that timestamp) it'll be the early 1900's
the reason it would fail is because certain software expects date1 to be > date2 when it isnt the math returns a negative, which can cause certain date sensitive software to fail
@xTheDeathSaintx for instance, a program trying to see if the current date is greater than a card expiration date might parse the date string (say 05/05/01) and because it puts 19 before the last 2 digits 01 becomes 1901. if its 98 and expires in 01, its been expired for 97 years.
things which need to track how long someone has been registered would record their registration (say 04/29/98) and on 04/29/99 they will be there 1 year, on 04/29/00 they will be there -98 years.
3 years from now, it'll be in my pocket.

Why do you think it is possible? There is no functioning prototype, the minimal condition required to declare a technological innovation feasible. The "demo" is an animation. The bits and pieces shown in the video are non-functioning plastic mock ups. You've been fooled along with the rest of the 2.3 million.

One can only hope that by that time the world will be free of the sort of idiot that falls for this fantasy.

@VectorDays But by the time this comes out there will be a bigger and better iPhone than any that exist today, but it might be pretty tough to top this thing if it will ever exist.

I love this. Its so... futuristic. I don't even want to think about how much it'd cost to produce or how they could bring down the cost of manufacture to a reasonable level.
paulbottomley42 1 year ago
that's something I would buy and use. COME ON! it can be used as a watch! get real!

more than getting the phone...i wanna be a part of the making of it! it's such a cool piece technology....
2Bitter2bSweet 1 year ago
It's a pity all this technology is developed, when companies purposely make their products have a limited life, just to drive up sales.

SuperSZ 2 years ago
@SuperSZ..."4000 dollars or even more" is silly, that price point would be out of reach of almost everybody, they would never bring it to market at a price anywhere close to that much.

@b3nz0fri3nd what r u talking about fukin idiot if u don't know nothing about the end of the world so shut up and lets enjoy it
tucache123 1 year ago
@tucache123 , he seid it because there's a real chance to the end of the world. Actually, the NASA considered a potential risk of the crash of a meteor called Apophis in 2012, so shut up you fagot.
TheJazzer94 1 year ago
@TheJazzer94
Know your facts.

Because there are 2.3 million nitwits on youtube, that's why.

Dodo3run 1 year ago
@Dodo3run didnt here nuthin about 95 or 98 but 2000 is full bullshit. they thought we were gunna die because "the computers are gunna reset" that was just dumb as all hell.2012 though has had some vague scientific proof, historical backup from the mayan thing (witch couldve been translated wrong) and the davinci crap (that books been right about alota crap in the past but it is open to interpretation) i admit its no guarantee but alot points to it.
xTheDeathSaintx 1 year ago
@xTheDeathSaintx You are right for sure , but even if it is true.WE ARE HUMANS we can make the impossible,I think you know that.We will see when the day comes what is going to happen.
Dodo3run 1 year ago
@Dodo3run SURPASS THE IMPOSSIBLE AND KICK OFF WITH MOMENTUM!!!
tuseroni 1 year ago
@xTheDeathSaintx lol what? there was more evidence for y2k than 2012. there is no scientific evidence pointing to anything happening in 2012. the mayaan calendar ends in 2012 because was was a really fucking long time away. our calendars only go a year but the world doesnt end every year. the actual threat of y2k was highly exaggerated but it existed. many things would fuck up. database records largely. for anything which stores a date as mm/dd/yy and not mm/dd/yyyy.
tuseroni 1 year ago
@tuseroni REPLY OH MY GOD IT SAYS 00 AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH........that is the dumbest shit in the world. ur telling me they couldnt just simply change the date to test that.? what the sun didnt line up right for them to do that? did ANY SOFTWARE WHATSOEVER FAIL BECAUSE OF THAT. lol that shit was beyond retarded.
xTheDeathSaintx 1 year ago
@xTheDeathSaintx barely any software failed because it was readily patched. you can still see the Y2K bug every now and then, if you parse a mm/dd/yy date using php js's(the javascript php function library) strtotime("date string") then parse it back using date("format",that timestamp) it'll be the early 1900's
the reason it would fail is because certain software expects date1 to be > date2 when it isnt the math returns a negative, which can cause certain date sensitive software to fail
tuseroni 1 year ago
@xTheDeathSaintx for instance, a program trying to see if the current date is greater than a card expiration date might parse the date string (say 05/05/01) and because it puts 19 before the last 2 digits 01 becomes 1901. if its 98 and expires in 01, its been expired for 97 years.
things which need to track how long someone has been registered would record their registration (say 04/29/98) and on 04/29/99 they will be there 1 year, on 04/29/00 they will be there -98 years.
