  • I just realized by looking at the "DIT" on the life preserver that this video was probably filmed at "DIT", duh...how astute of me.

    I think "Rag Man" Radecki served at "DIT", he was my boss on one the salvage operations that I participated in while I was stationed at Harbor Clearance Unit Two at Pier 59 in Little Creek, VA.
