first the video file must be Convert it into another format like mp4,and h264,m4v,divx,mov Before you can use the AVI Converter.

I have the Archos 2 Vision but i cannot convert any the video's that i have on my laptop with the AVIConverter 5.1.6 software which was included with the player that you HAVE to use to convert your video files.

Everytime i try to convert anything the "Status Bar" just says "Ready" all the time plus the "Progress Bar" remains empty.....what am i missing does anyone know please ?

@northerngirlie08 download any video converter and then try it im sure its gonna work =)

@NammyCProductionzz Thanks for the repy but i have had to return the player as it just stopped working,it wouldn't turn on or anything even after doing a reset.
