Animals are the best people in the world. In each and every pictures of them, I saw someone. I saw a personality. They just are the bestest people in the world.

And thank you, Farm Sanctuary, for this lovely video (and for, you know, everything ELSE, more importantly).

I am happy to be one of those 5000 who adopted a turkey as opposed to eating one. Boy was my carnivorous family shocked when I said (not only was I not eating turkey -no, not even for Thanksgiving), I had ADOPTED 25 little turkeys for a day. Heh.

Thank you for all you do. I had the pleasure of visting your sanctuary in Watkins Glen this summer. What a peaceful, loving place you have created. It was an honor to meet all of the rescued animals. Keep up the good fight for the most voiceless, mistreated creatures of this earth!
