I'm trying to find the one where he covered such topics as "Battered Plants" and "Losing Things", cant find it on YT. If you know which special I'm talking about & where to find it, could you upload the whole movie, please? The world & I would much appreciate it. The movie started & ended with an old Hollywood style private detective skit, he wore a blue shirt on stage. Thank you, great work on this one...
@TheJawjaBoi I found it! It's his 1986 release of Playin With Your Head. there are small parts of it on youtube. i have yet to find the whole thing though.
@Meowingass thanks guys, found it using google. good stuff, if I knew how to download it I'd put it up on here myself. maybe one day, I'm still learning this internet stuff...
I especially like the sound of the needle on the record at the very beginning. I remember hearing this for the 1st time as a 16 year old in my buddy's bedroom, after rushing back from the used record store.
Thank you for posting this whole album!! I had this cassette tape in the mid 80s as a preteen. It's awsome because as I got older I understood more and more of everything he was talking about. Of course as a kid, I understood the easy silly things. Pointless info but for some reason the cassette tape was pink in color, guess that's what got me curious to listen to it. Been a fan ever since. He will always be number one, him and Cosby respectively.
Thanks to everyone for the overwhelmingly positive feedback and the mountain of comments I've gotten on these videos! I really appreciate your response! If you want to make a suggestion on a future upload, just send me a message and I'll see if I can post it.
@Roadvirus1 he made it to his 70s, and was doing HBO specials every few years up until three months before he died. i don't know how much more we could have asked from him that would make him any more fulfilling and amazing to the general population
@majorporpoise exactly. that's a guy you can be bummed out over not being around long enough. the guy made two albums about not caring about getting cancer, then got cancer and died. Carlin had decades of material. You can be sad about Carlin dying, but acting like he didn't give enough to the world is beyond selfish
@Roadvirus1 Too early? Not for nothing, I love George Carlin, he may be my favorite comedian of all time... But homeboy was 71. I don't classify that as too early. It is sad though.
"Bilabial fricitive"--George must have been an English major in college.

Look up "Playin With Your Head George Carlin" on Google videos. They have the full version there with no "part 1, part 2" etc.
